Added a little more to the stash today.

Got a liitle more wood added to the stash today. Had an Apple tree split a while back in a wind storm, so I cleaned it up. I also cut some ate the log pile, Red/White Oak, Hickory and a little Ash. Got it split and stacked as well. The front row and the left side of the pic on the pallet is what I got accomplished, not alot, but it all adds up.

 

Nice work nothing better than a fall day working on the wood stacks.

Thanks guys, when I get this stack finished, should be about 5 cord between this stack and the one beside it. That will be another years worth of wood!!!!

Looks like some pretty clean wood right there...

 

I got two loads today, found almost a truck load (first pic) on my way to get a big sugar maple. I had to go back home and unload to get the maple Yeah!

 

But Lots of BTUs, all prime time wood !

Yep, been high 60's and 70's here. Tough on my hunting, but at this rate, I might be on the 10 year plan for firewood, because I'm sure not burning any!!! Lol.....
