    I know CL posters and responders give themselves a bad rap - but twice in one week I met 2 down to earth decent guys. One was selling something at a good price and I was the buyer, the other wanted something at a decent price and I was the seller. No riff raff either, straightforward deals and I made some contacts for future work if needed.

    There are still good peeps in this world. That is all.

    Hudge day for my wife and I tomorrow. With tonight's direct deposit of my paycheck the checking account balance exceeds the principal on the mortgage. I'm going to the bank tomorrow and when I leave my checking account balance will be infinitely more than the mortgage, because there's not going to be one!!!!!! (Or it'll happen Monday if soccer messes the morning schedule up. Regardless it won't be a tragedy if there's two more days interest.).

    I got a free Husky K960 concrete saw today. The crank bearing are bad but the saw will still run. I am going go tear it down and make sure the rod bearings are good and if they are I will rebuild the saw. These are pretty neat saws.
