Wow! Still somewhat mild in Ohio, but its coming soon, starting this weekend....

What alternative heating sources do you have where your at? Natural gas, propane, oil, electric? Just curious how expensive your options are in Alaska with all the natural resources you have?

Natural gas if it's available in Ohio is by far the cheapest in my opinion....

It was about 34 this morning here. Expecting a run of mild weather next week; almost indian summer-like

It's in the 40's here, fires going and will be all night. This house has terrible or no insulation.

Think you have enough on hand to cover the increased demand? :D

Warmish days and cool to cold night keeping us in SS mode. The lower states are soon to follow though.

I might be forced to turn in my FHC card, but I'm not ready for 19* yet! I know it's coming, but this week has a couple days high temp's in the low 70's! I'll take it as long as it can hang on.

    Yea
got to get the rest split before winter hits.
Won't know if I need to get another few loads until I have what I have stacked.
May be too late, getting snow, might make the trial to the cutting area too slippery .

Might be crying before I'm hurt, could be close to the 8 cord I planned on.

Let's hope you have enough now. Otherwise, let us hope the snow holds off.
