After 11 years of burning, the little Regency was showing its age, rusty on the outside, cracked baffles and firebrick, warped/burnt out metal front baffle, worn out gaskets and frosted glass.
Just finished a major rebuild, in fact it is burning right now!

Sanded off all the rust and gave it a new coat of paint, cleaned the inside and replaced the top ceramic baffles and fire brick, replaced the door gasket and glass gasket, polished the glass, replaced the burnt out baffle with a thicker piece of stainless steel.
    Almost looks like new.:D
