Buddy called me this morning and asked if I wanted some free wood I said where when and what time here I am with splitter and he said I could use his dump truck
Sure was. The guy that wanted the wood on his lot cleaned away told me to split it and throw it right in the truck. Made my life easy...he will bring it over to my place this week.
Thanks. I had the DR going on 4 years and love it. It splits really fast. The subaru engine is great. One pull is all it takes. I haven't had any problems thank god. Some guy offered me $1,000 for it I might sell it and pick up the timber wolf not sure yet..
The new splitters (Dr. and Super Splits) run almost $4000 now with shipping. A $1000 would be a steal for someone. I just paid $1650 for a five year old SS with Subaru engine. I love it. The new Dr.'s dont have the edges turned up on the work table so I was certain yours was a Super Split.
I think I paid about $2,100 and the financing was 0% for 1 year. I didn't realize the DR and SS were that much now
