    Im submitting an application for a new job tonight and would love it if yall could say a little prayer. Im qualified for the job and am actually currently doing it but as a contractor. Im trying to get on regular but a degree is required and I havent quite finished mine up yet Ill be done summer 2016.

    Well the application is in now it's time to sit back and wait. I know that one of if not the only guy that's going to be looking at them is on vacation so I might not hear anything until after next week. I can't thank y'all enough it really means a lot to me when a person that has never met me is willing to say a little prayer.

    You don't need prayers if you are qualified and doing the job NOW.
    tell them what they want to hear in the interview - especially as an outside contractor try not to upset the trend. Don't tell them you'd change a bunch of stuff but simple things that you believe makes the process "leaner" - it's a good code word;)
