    Yes, the idea that I will be contributing to increase the CO2 in the atmosphere is something that is in my mind. At the same time, I also know that we have passed the point of no return so I might as well be warm this winter instead of spending large sums to be cold.

    Don't worry. Trees are carbon neutral vs. fossil fuels.

    We need our firewood up here in the north country. The guy who sells me my firewood said his mother went through twenty cords last winter, after she had hip replacement surgery.
