No we have only been out twice this year and haven't got that out yet. I almost took it opening day but the wind changed and we decided to hunt an existing blind.
We have a pretty cool story with this deer, I had lost a trail camera and realized it in July when we went to start hanging cameras only to finally (after getting very mad at myself) figuring out it was on a tree still. But that had turned out to be a good thing because we had a picture of this deer on it and it was really big already. Then I hung a camera in an old abandoned Apple orchard and we started getting a lot of pictures of him and the first night we had a good wind she went in after him and he walked out perfect. Here are a few of the trail camera pictures we have of him and a pro phot we had taken. She was also contacted by antlergeeks.com and they want to run her story! So we put together the full story and pics and I am looking forward to seeing it there.
The pro shot... was the deer stiff or is there something behind it propping it up. Something looks funny. It must have been a long time after the kill? Beautiful deer though.
