Heres when I put the chops on, then after they cooked. I put a light coating of ranch dressing for the cooking. Yea, It's crappy out side but as most of you.. I grill and cook outside all year!:) I just have too... DSCN1793.JPG DSCN1794.JPG DSCN1793.JPG

So many ways to do that. My wife uses applesauce. I bet sauerkraut would also be good baked on top of the pork.

Nice to see the label of a company still owned by Americans. The other big port company, Smithfield, has been bought by China and has been involved in multiple law suits concerning gross pollution and horrid farm conditions. Since that was brought to light, I try to be careful to support American owned products.

It's different, I roll them around the potatoes with all the spices that were put in before serving and it gives it all a great flavor! I also use Heinz 57 one in a while.

GF introduced me to that years ago.
She does a boston butt or loin with a jar of kraut in the slow cooker - side of mashed potatoes. It's really good

we do the same. Have been having that for years. Our kids love it, but their spouses want nothing to do with it, and complain about the odor. Yes, it is an odor that requires getting use to. I always try to get fresh Kraut. There is a farm not far from here that is famous for their kraut, often shipping it all over the US.
