I am in the market for a clean Stihl 026 PRO.

Running condition is not all that important as I would like to have this saw rebuilt and ported. However I would like it to be new or near new condition on the outside.

If you have something that you think might fit the bill, let me know. PM me and I would be glad to give you my cell number.

    Thank you.

Any idea if the seller would be interested in shipping?

I saw that. I would really like to avoid flippy caps if possible. I have bar oil all over my shelf right now from a one year old saw.

Bummer he won't ship. Looks like the condition of the saws you picked up are exactly what I am looking for. Nice find you made there.

Yeah, the pro was even nicer, but I only brought so much money to keep me out of trouble and the 026 is going to a friend in Tenn. for what I paid for the saw.

    I've found a non pro 026 locally.

Are the only differences between the pro and non the adjustable oiler and decomp?

It depends on the saw. The biggest thing in would watch for on the 026 saws is make sure it has the high/low adjust carb. Or you'll be buying a wt194 for it down the road.
