Ok finally added my weather banner with the help of my son . You were all right it's hard to do, have to really know your stuff . Thanks for everyones help it did point me in the right direction .
Are you kidding me? I'm beyond jealous. I didn't know they were delivering to TSC around here...that's awesome.
UGH. I never thought there would be ANY at TSC. My bad - it's my 3rd year burning pellets and I already made a mistake...DOH! Nice haul! We got 6 tons of 'sets last year. We have about 1/2 pallet left. Need to score more...starting the hunt late this year. Had a bunch of house and dog stuff going on that kept me away from the internet hunt and now I"m behind the 8ball
I paid $249/ton. It was during a prebuy sale. They are now $264/ton. Still a decent deal for sets if they have them. TSC doesn't offer delivery though you have to haul them in yourself. Prices seem to be holding a bit so you still have time.
I have to hit the New Milford TSC later today. On top of everything else, I'm researching fencing in an attempt to install something before winter. That way, I don't have to walk to the dogs We don't have a truck - but I have had great success renting the home depot truck. Great deal if you have a lot of stuff to haul about in a short amount of time Thanks for the heads up. I hope to make some progress by the end of the day....but first, I must mow the lawn...
That's a great idea! Going to check that out, think I blew a strut in the '08 Taurus here w/ the last 30 bag load I hauled.. #!&*%.. That's what I get for using a people-mover as a wood-mover. Hey JT, can I borrow your truck ?
Jay I just got another 10% off your entire purchase coupon from TSC. So should you have. Looks like it's good 9/23 - 10/4. Ironic timing, since I heard there's still a ton of sets over there just dying to jump into the back of your truck.
Pretty sure we did the same with my dad's old truck after we split a bunch of a wood a few years ago. He forgave us, but Big Bart was never the same. After that, we rented from Uhaul, but the cost is a set price per day and then you pay milage. Home Depot is by the hour, which worked out bettter for us. Also, we found Lowes also rents but the trucks aren't as big
