What was tight became very shiny when his body realized it was getting a might overheated in that department.

Next up is the other pension plan, I'll call Fidelity this evening to get the paper work headed this way. Then we will see about getting the boss to make a call. She has one to go after however all of that thrash can be handled at the place she worked for. They haven't been swallowed up by an out of state entity that shoves the work off to an even more distant company.

No do windblows or any of its variants, I had enough of that steaming pile years ago and in fact a copy of 8 was on this machine and only lasted a short while before being blow away. It exists only as a backup on an USB stick. I installed new versions of most of my software starting last week and almost have it all sorted out to my satisfaction. ISO dvd images still not being handled too well by VLC which is the media player of choice for me. I usually run one distribution level back of opensuse with a lot of third party software to handle multimedia and machine emulation. My data directory currently has 57103 files in it.

Well most of that is over my head!My "bill paying" machine upstairs is no longer xp,which I liked, but upped the processor and ram, went to 7,will be valid for home chores for 7-8 more years.Old xp machine runs tv.Laptop is vista(I hate) will soon be 7.* and 8.1 total junk,10 is too new era for my equipment or needs.Just waiting for processor for this one,as is coming from overseas. Will be putting 10 on neighbors newer hp,at her request,as they are switching at her work.At least 10 has start menue.

I am definitely not as smart as you computer experts...I go to Best Buy, pick out a computer I like, take it home, plug it in and viola I'm online!!

STB Works on whatever he's building for a month, then when he needs a copy he drives to Staples makes a copy, gets a stamp, puts it in the mail! But in all fairness. ..being a true Bear he can walk to a stream stick his head in the water and get a trout...and if he's really hungry he can walk a little farther, stick his head in the river and get a salmon!

Apparently computers are not his expertise!!

For those who have been following he drama of our home make over. After 3 weeks with no working kitchen stove, today was the day. Our stove got hitched up.
So for supper, we had roasted chicken, roasted seasoned potatoes, steamed Brussels sprouts, and cinnamon muffins. :stirpot: It is a gas stove. One thing I noticed is how fast that stove heated up the kitchen.
I'm going shopping tomorrow for some yeast and bread flour.

Excellent!Gas is the only way to cook(used to work in restrauants). And have other uses, such as heat when power goes out.Temp drops instantly when burner shut off.Good bug killer if kids leave doors open,I could go on----

My all in one decided to not print any more, so I replaced it with a laser printer, when I get a chance I'll see if the scanner will work without ink in the machine, if it does I'll need to find yet another outlet so I can scan on the old machine and print on the new printer thus do a copy. Just didn't want to mess with it or get another all in one, Copy, scan , print, fax is great but when it comes to getting toasted by a bit of dry ink do to infrequent usage and given the ink carts (a set of 4) cost almost as much as a new printer these days. The copying is all done and in fact figuring that I'll likely need the same crap for the next one I made multiple copies of the requested stuff. Cost me 40 cents and since it was on the way to the post office and the package was going to be oversized for normal postage and I wanted proof they got it, I sent it certified return receipt requested. Oh, I bought the current machine from Amazon.
