    Hi all,

Drove by the Lewiston Tractor Supply today and they have pellets at 264/ton. Checking the UPC, they are rebagged Maine Wood Pellets. Walmart has MWP with the cabin on them for 219. Am I correct in assuming they are the same pellet?

Looking for the best Maine options, and it looks like Walmart or SIB pellet warehouse(234/ton + delivery).

I am thinking a super ton of La Crete and one of MWP. I have 2+ tons of Crabbe from last year.

So looks like TSC is off my shopping list. Nearly a dollar more a bag!

The local Walmart had the MWP and Pennington's in stock. They were 259/ton....I used them years ago, so not sure how they stack up. I think MWP offer the best bang for the buck a majority of the season. During the coldest parts I'll try the LA Crete this year.

The Torrington store used to have some dandies back in the early 2k's. They were getting Eureka's from out west. Then they started getting the bioheat crap. Bioheat turned into Pennington.

KDP, MWP's at Walmart for $219 is the buy of the year. I've been buying them at the Augusta store. Can't beat it.
