    This came out yesterday in USA TODAY, here is what the Old Farmer's Almanac is predicting for the winter of 2015/16 season in the US. It won't be long and we will all be putting this perdiction to the test.

    Based on the fact that they use multi-million $$$$ computers and can't get the forecast right for this afternoon, I believe those forecast's are nothing more than pure BS.

    Those are half-arsed forecasts! What does cold and snowy or cold and dry mean? What is cold? 30 degrees? -20 degrees? Or mild and dry. What is mild and how dry? Of course it is hard for them to go wrong with predictions like that.

    "Sunny this morning with cloudy periods and showers this afternoon changing to sleet this evening with the occasional thunder storm potentially producing high winds and hail before turning to snow with accumulations of 1 to 12". Temperature this morning is 82 with potentially strong wind chill as the temperature drops to -21 overnight..........................

    I'm right on the line of cold & snowy, cold & dry........either way I have plenty of wood for cold, dry I'll go cut more wood, snowy I'll move snow & enjoy the fire.

    they got cold,snowy in western WA/OR but mild / dry in eastern WA/OR, Usually if it is cold enough to snow in Seattle it is darn sure cold enough to snow in eastern WA and they would be getting alot of it

    I looked at your chart Vermont cold and snowy! really What kind of information is that we are always cold and snowy.. That is like saying Arizona will be hot and dry!:picard:

    Yes I bought it last fall and it did a nice job last year......you're not the first one that said the picture of that thing looked like that. :dex:I actually have fun clearing snow now.
