    I have never seen a Bradford Pear that big. When I split it we will see how twisted it is.

    It's a distinct wood, and after an arborist told me what mine was I reckon I could identify it from then on out. I also have an annoyingly odd memory that works really well... sometimes...

    Mine is in this years stacks, as well as in a milk crate for some smoking wood. OP - save some for cooking or smoking!

    We had one in the yard that my 18" bar wouldn't totally cover at the base. A storm took it down early last summer which was no surprise..lol..
