    Just got back from a B-Day party for one of our grandsons. Lots of fun. Got hammered in a hard patio pounder T-storm coming out of Auburn, on the way home. Sunshine with a few drops left as we pulled in the drive. Giz shot out of her crate like a canon ball... :hair:... I think she was glad to see us... ;)

    My bride and I loaded up one big trailer full of mulch and I brought it over to the processing yard. There is still a half a trailer sized pile waiting for us to move tomorrow.

    When we loaded it I tried to keep the cleaner material separated from the stuff that had more dirt mixed in with it.

    I put the cleaner stuff down where I will be starting more stacks for all the elm that is waiting to be cut or processed.

    The dirtier stuff I put as fill on an old settled electrical trench that goes through the trees.

    20150801_175648.jpg Well today I had to go buy some lumber and saw a little retractable clothes line.. Wife was saying we had so many pool towels. And how her sunset deck is too hot in afternoons with sun beating on it! I said u mm honey you like sunsets kind of requires the sun to hit deck... That was not right answer!

    So I put up this clothes line it does 2 things provides shade from sun and dries towels faster than dryer.

    If you can make your wife smile for 20 bucks and kill 2 birds with 1 stone.. Then sit down and have a drink!:D:yes::cheers:

    Well. I got some wood split today! And cut some grass while I took a break from splitting. Split wood off and on all day and I think I split about 2 full cord of wood. :dex: I tired now.

    Dinner was fantastic. Two types of lettuce, with fresh Ham off the bone all cut up into small cubes, fresh cooked chicken breast all cut up into small cubes, hard boiled eggs still warm when added to salad, fresh shredded parmesan cheese, some candied nuts my wife makes in the cast iron pan on the stove, and fresh red delicious apples all cut up into cubes. All of that equaled a nice chef's salad!

    :rofl: :lol:I do too! Just bustin on ya man. I also do house work. Vacuum, help with laundry, help with food prep. etc., etc. Keep it up man. It really takes a team to keep things going well.

    Hers... sunset/woodeck. Southwest side...back porch north side still ripped a part. I was going to reframe and put in windows. She decided she wanted bigger windows so I throwing in some old sliding glass doors so it looks more open. It'll get reframed tomorrow had some kids up today to play in pool and need Xtra guy to hold with 14 foot floor joist in place. Just saw this when I was grabbing some lumber because of plan changes!
