    Well. Had to say good bye to my oldest today.:( It was time for us to start home. I wanted her to come back with us. But, she needs to get experience, build a career and live her own life. And I could not be more proud of her for doing it! Myrtle Beach was great! Seeing the oldest kid was great! My wife's second oldest child came and joined us with her two kids and we all had a great time together!:thumbs: The next part of my vacation will be nine days off at home after our drive back is finished. Time to get "a few things" done. :saw::tree::axe::stacke:

    Today's list. I'm a little over 50%.

    Not on list but still done:

    cook lunch, dinner, clean up mess

    Play ball with dog for what seemed like eternity.

    Drag furniture back on patio after washing

    And the most important....killed a 12 pack of cheap beer doing it all.

    With the upcoming new puppy, we scuttled our plans to go to Indianapolis for the motoGP races this year.

    Maybe we will hit Austin motoGP and Indy next year to make up for it?

    Plus next week, my wife and I will take a day and a half and hit Noah's Ark water park in Wisconsin Dells.

    She's never been there, and its been close to 20 years since I've been there.

    today is cleanup day and put back everything that was moved. Cooking for potluck tomorrow and packing for a short trip on Sunday. going to our daughter's to split some more wood. I forgot to post pics of our last trip. I promise to do so when we get back. busy day again today.

    Home safe and sound at 4:30. Tired after nine hours of driving today. Need to move around and need rest. Our own bed is going to feel great tonight. 7 nights away.

    hopefully you have the weekend to relax at home after vacation - I try to time mine that way because an unwind-unwind is in order, and my family is a little nuts. Kind of why I live hundreds of miles away

    :yes:Not only do I have the weekend to relax, I have the next nine days off at home to relax.:yes: First week off was trip to go see family and relax. Second week will be relaxing at home while working on some physical projects I like to do. The kind I enjoy! :thumbs: (Hopefully it won't be too hot!)
