My Ideal Steel Is Pooping Creosote onto the Hearth Pad

Given the great reputation of WS, it seems unlikely they would not have already performed the autopsy had this problem been observed in more than the one case we have all seen reported here.

 

I agree. And with lorins response we have her word she will have answers for us soon.

 

Hey folks,
We have not yet cut into the stove, I've reminded Tom to keep it on his radar, and it will be done before summer ends! Our typical summer downtime in the shop has been nonexistent, which is good because we've been busy building and shipping stoves, but has made squeezing in projects, etc. more difficult.
We made a promise to FHC to report pictures and findings and we will in fact do just that.
