My grandfather and his brother ran a Chrysler dealership in a very small town for many years. I was very young when it was sold, I wish we had kept the contents of the building, there was a lot of Chrysler and old memorabilia in there.
I wonder how many from this forum have ever driven a Desoto? Count me as one! I liked those cars. Used to like Groucho too.
I was lucky enough to drive a Desoto, 2 Packards and a Henry J as well as a 58 Mercury Turnpike Cruiser and a 52 Buick. Back when cars were really cars................................
I thought Groucho introducing power steering as the next big thing was cool. I never drove a DeSoto but everyone loved Groucho.
