Kids wanted to have a camp - out the other night to kick off my first vacation week.....so we popped the tent up out back and did just that.

When we woke up, I cooked a full breakfast over the fire on some of our antique colonial and pre-Civil War utensils. Made some "Eggs-in-the-basket", maple cured bacon and sausage links!! Love that campfire breakfast!!

You call them Eggs-in-a-basket - we call them Toad-in-a-hole Either way, they looked good.
