    I have never noted your link to your smoker modifications. Impressive!! The neighbor was selling his at a garage sale after his wife passed. Now I wish I would have bought it. My wife wants me to turn our old Weber into a pizza oven instead. I looked at the kits for doing that and i am too cheap to buy one.
    Have you ever tried to smoke anything else but pork in it?

    Just a link I found online. I am not that good at fabricating. Yeah, I will have some sausage links in it today, and brisket does amazing. Ribs come out quite well too.

    I think I will be doing a chuck roast here sometime.

    It will hold 250° for 16 hours using the minion method. Can't beat that for $45.00.

    that is a pretty neat mod on that link you provided, just checked my local C/L and found 2 of those Brinkmans for cheap that look practically new
