    Glad you're ok Smokinpiney

That was some wicked stuff that roared through. I was watching the news and saw areas hit by a tornado and straight line winds! CRAZY!

Sounds like no power until at least saturday. Power company says they lost a couple sub stations in the area and that's really slowing the work. I've got the genny runnin the fridge, freezers and well pump as needed.

atleast you can tend to the family with no power, and clean out the freezer as needed.
I remember my neighbors looking at me funny while grilling bacon & eggs when power was out for a couple weeks during an ice storm.
Everyone goes out to eat and lets their stores spoil:rolleyes:

I'll keep the freezers goin as long as i can keep the genny fueled. But if she runs out, it's grillin time :grizz:

I'd much rather lose power in the winter. I don't have a problem stayin warm :fire:. Plus it's alot easier to keep food cold.

Wow- mother nature is amazing! If you can grab some of that rubber roofing- that stuff is great for covering firewood!

The roofing crew actually cut it at the seems, folded it and hoisted it back on to the roof temporarily. The deluge of rain we got after the roof came off flooded the gym. Wood flooring is getting torn up as we speak.
