From what I can tell there are three sets of spikes that one might find on an 066. The ones I'm interested in are those with the larger point on the bottom/lower of the five. I have a used 'outer' spike that goes on the clutch cover and I would like to find a used 'inner' to match. I know I can get a new one from the dealer, but this is for an older saw and my OCD won't let me have one old/used spike and one new/shiny one. The historical part numbers associated with the one I'm looking for are: 1119 648 0401 (I assume it's stamped 1119/01) 1119 640 1700 (I assume it's stamped 1119/00) 1122 007 1019 (I assume it's stamped 1122/19) PM me if you have one you're willing to part with. Your part numbers are weird. The 066 is in the 1122 series saws with the 064 and the 660. 1119 parts are for the 038 (the only saw in that series). From the Stihl 066 IPL the inner bumper spikes are numbered as follows: 1122 664 0505 (narrow bumper with the dull point at bottom) 1122 664 0508 (wide bumper of the series) 1122 664 0506 (narrow bumper with the sharp point at the bottom) * *I have the bottom one.
