365 special is my go to as it does most everything very well. The 660 is great with the big bore kit but with 200psi a little hard for me to start. The Makita is a nice little saw but made the mistake of letting a friend do a little work on it. For whatever reason, he took off the 16" bar and put a 14" on it and then loosing the 16 so now I have no chains for it. Kind of thinking of a replacement lite saw for liming.

I use my 550 with a 13" bar 70% of the time since it's such a joy to use and sips the gas compared to my Dolkita 7900 with a 20" bar, which I grab when logs get to about 16". I only seem to need the 28" bar about once a year.

    I have two saws,

    1. A husqvarna 460 rancher with a .058 20" and some aggressive chains.

    2. A 17 year old HomeLite ranger 33 cc with a 16" bar and basic safety chains. I even have the nose guard for when I let others use it. Great little saw for smaller jobs.

For regular firewood duty its either the Mac PM610,Poulan 3400Countervibe,occasionally the Jonsered 2077 Turbo. But for the big stuff, milling or when I want to scare the neighbors its the Husqvarna 2100CD/288XPW & especially the Mac 125C & 1-80 Gear Drive. But the ProMac 850 should arrive Friday afternoon,so that adds another possibility of meanness.... :dex::yes: :D

Jonsered cs2255 and a Dolmar ps32. They do everything I need them to.

Currently I'm running an old husqvarna 455 rancher, and a husqvarna 350. On the bench soon to be in action are a 346xp, and a 272xp. I must be honest, I hope my 455 has a problem because my the 350 will out cut it eight ways to Sunday.
