    Threw together some quick deer kabobs tonight. Served with home made fries. Sorry no fry pics

    Just some red/green peppers, onions and marinate the meat in whatever you like for a few hrs. I used a sesame ginger dressing as a marinade this time. Don't grill too long as venison drys out very quickly. I pull em at about medium rare :drool:

    Friday evening is the weekend right?:)

    Thanks again for the idea Smokinpiney :thumbs: I decided for a little extra treat that we would cook them over charcoal. I marinated the Venison back straps in a homemade Greek dressing and then wrapped most of them in a small piece of bacon before skewering with the veggies :)

    Venison done to medium rare ;) A big hit with my wife and son:thumbs: However my daughter who does like venison but doesn't like bacon, peppers and mushrooms enjoyed a burger instead :picard:

    Had to one up me with the bacon huh XXL ... haha just kiddin buddy. Looks great!! :grizz: :drool: . I wanted to cook mine over the pit but it's so dry here anything would light right up. Wasn't taking that chance
