Found another set of log tongs

    These are about 25" long, opens to about 23".

    Thought about getting a set to skid with.
    Use a chain & choke now, always wanted to try tongs,
    sometimes hard to get chain around the ends

    I have a smaller single axle trailer that I want to add a winch/overhead lift to, I can't seem to find the time. Something like this;

    I like the idea there,
    Be nice to be able to load logs on the trailer .
    I'd need a similar set up, & a way to pull them all the way forward

    Post hole digger with log tongs. I don't use it much but it works decent. Yup that's a hydro pole on the end of it.
