I finally found a good deal on a square grinder so I bought it. I have been playing with it this week and am figuring out how to adjust my angles. I have a few questions for someone that has one. Once I get the wheel angles were I like them will they stay consistent threw out the life of the wheel? Does any one have a good way to measures there angles on there machine so I can compare. Thanks

You have to keep sliding the carriage in as the wheel wears to keep the same grind.

Ok that makes since, the wheel that was on it when I got it was wore out and It was adjusted way in to be able to touch the tooth. With the new wheel it seams to work better.

I always kept about 1/2-3/4" from wheel to carriage for angles I liked.

Wouldn't hurt to make new chain stops for the grinder?

I am jealous. Maybe someday I will be able to get my hands on one.
