changes to windows 8?

    I noticed that in the bottom left of my widows eight is now a settings button instead of the traditions window app. when I click on it, it opens up a menu much like the settings were prior to windows eight. Now, I don't know how I got it. I did install Avast, and I let chrome become my search engine.

    8-no thanks, it's 7 or Linux for me.
    Might try 10 at some point, but I kinda doubt it.

    Me too. I have a dual boot where I can boot into WIN 7 but rarely use it.
    I'm just comfortable with XP and see no reason to change (until an exploit is used to empty my bank account).

    I recently went from win7 to win8. I was proficient at XP, pretty good at 7, having difficulties with 8. I would :hair: if my new buttons changed!!
