My ride into work was easy. A bit cold at 34° at the house this AM, but I was dressed well enough. The ride home was very nice. The bike needs a good bath.

We are looking at 60 deg for the first time in a couple weeks today. My wife asked me last night if I had any plans for today and I told her whatever I end up doing , it will be outside. The garage needs to be cleaned and organized and I need to pick up a load of splits and bring them home to be stacked.
    Enjoy the weather

Socked in with fog and drizzle here. I have a good cup of coffee going and I am shifting to woodworking inside today and forging outside tomorrow. My neighbor and I have a small wood score down the street to clean up tomorrow.

well yesterday, I took chains and snowblower off kubota, put on brush hog. it was snowing last weekend this one says sunny and 65!
Opened a few trails as a friends son in cub scouts and they have a hike and are camping out in back 40, then we put up a zip line to see if boys could cross the stream and stay dry. set up adult tents first aid kit etc.,

just came in for a fresh put of coffee then off to re- organize barn... put snowmobiles in pull out mowers etc. brought up half cord junk pine for fire pit... men are at fire women are having a wine party.. so off to cut some more brush cause to nite all about:cheers::drunk::campfire::MM:

Gas, you have a great looking staging area. Are there any tree length logs the kubota won't lift?

Not yet. The backhoe is a great counter weight. I've moved some decent sized 29 footers. But most of the trees on my property are not that big around.

Yup.....1 acre with 26 mature white pines which shed a literal ton of pine cones between last fall and now= same thing Stinny is doing which then equates to Rottiman seizing up and inhaling a handful of ALEVE. Ain't spring grand?????.............
