    The first pic is cold cathode tube lights for moonlighting. The other tank just has good ol' 48" shop lights. I'm looking for LED for my 150, but the price to lumen ratio is not pleasant.

    Yep, juvenile. Hard to tell if it's a French or a gray. I'd say french, because of the bright yellow margin on the caudal fin. Grey juvi's caudal , or tail fin, is more translucent in the color, and less vivid yellow.
