Had to take care of my dad this weekend so I took half a load of wood along to split. Not sure if that makes me part of the hoarder group or just crazy. Weekend went well, but lost my shades/protective glasses sometime during cutting. Wasn't really happy but it was my own darn fault. Drive the hour and 15 mins back to my house, go to unload what I split and the glasses were still on my bumper. Crazy!!
That's a nice setup you got. Glad that you made it through your first year. It should only get better from here on out.
This reminds me of the time we were camping out in the desert SW. We were about 20 miles from Yuma. I had been cleaning the motor home and evidently left the spray bottle I was using on the rear bumper. When we stopped at a traffic light, someone drove up next to us and told us about the bottle. I asked them to please finish the job for me but they wouldn't. We pulled into a grocery store parking lot and sure enough, it sat right where I had left it. Amazing. Must have been a smooth ride.
