After these last pictures, see results... So here is my very best guess on the results: The lean two is 32 feet long, 8 feet wide, and was stacked to average 7.5 feet high inside it: 1920 cubic feet - 8 cubic feet for stacking around poles and lights = 1912 cubic feet 1912 cubic feet 13 cubic feet (in 13 bags of kindling) 14.43 cubic feet (in wood ring for inside fires) 89.60 cubic feet (in leftover odds and ends pile using similar ratio of original pile and how it broke down once c/s/s into cordage) 2029.03 cubic feet divided by 128 cubic feet Equals 15.851 cords in my very best estimate Congratulations Gark with a very good guess of 15.85 cords! It was a fun project, and I am so thankful for friends, fellowship, safety, and working with wood! Was great to share the journey with you, have a great night. Gark, my people will be in touch with your people! Headed to a big dinner!
Great pics, Great helpers Great team work. Awesome days work !!!! I mean AWESOME!!! Thanks Greg, made us all feel like we were part of the process Now I'm tired & hungry too LOL Great thread
Quick cut that small dead tree I see behind the wood burner and my 15.98 guess will be gold. Or maybe I could at least get a second place ribbon or something. Really though good job to all.
Awesome - a ton of wood and work in a short amount of time - great job! I was only about 5 cord off....... Cheers!
Pretty awesome stuff Greg! To think I was a mere half cord shy without even breaking a sweat Good crew you've got and great idea for a thread.
