The last of my six rows that were there near the end of November. I had another set of racks in front of these, 14' long and up into the rafters. it's going to be warm in the coming days so the end of heating season is near.
One spring not too many years ago I had to bring in quite a few wheelbarrows full to make it to summer. I doubt I'll have to do that this year.

That space looks lonely. Tells of how harsh a winter it's been.

The best part is that I kept it 75 degrees or more all winter for approx. $700 in wood costs. Try that with oil or electric heat

    Actually it looks great empty
Means you had just enough , heated your house much cheaper & a had better/warmer heat (IMO )
My guess is with less taxes paid too. ;)

You have some seasoning & ready to fill it up for next year. ?

For sure never think the heating season is done until sometime in May. Sometimes even later!

I ran out 3 weeks ago. Good thing there are lots of standing dead elm behind my mom's house. I refuse to call the oil truck.
