LOL. Now if they had Lincoln Logs in massive numbers you might feel different!

Sounds like a reason to have a talk with someone. It's not an ATV route, right? So remind him that they are riding dirty, and to stop, or you'll call the police.

Well the weather here was not good for cutting wood today. (Tomorrow looks better.) So I got several things around the house done. Including putting some shelves up for the wife in a little alcove we have off the mud-room and now she has three more shelves for storage space. Priceless. Eventually I will put some bi-fold doors up after she gets everything painted. Then it will be a real closet. She plans on painting during spring break. Her and the kids have a week off. Lucky little . . . . . !

Finished another part of a commission job for a good customer. These are candle holders made from 2 table legs. I used formed hammered copper tops give them a nice look. Only a few picture frames need to be made of what wood is left. I just about repurposed every piece of her old dining room table.

I picked up a sweet bean crock at a antique/catch all shop down the street. I had a great conversation with the owner. It seems he is quite a collector and I will be meeting with him in the near future to pick some old furniture for new projects like this.

This is about a quart. Made in the good ol' USA. I wish I had this in the fall when I was making beans. He had lots of cast iron skillets there too.

Very nice. I like the copper touch. Did you seal the copper to keep it from going green?

No. The color will not change much if kept inside.

We are still in quarantine here. Joey's fever came back this morning around 102 and now he is itchy all over.

Half the kids in town have this right now. And it seems to come and go for 3-5 days most parents are telling us.

Went out with Deere and getstumped to the timber yesterday. Had to walk down into it as it's too wet to drive. Dropped and cleaned a tree. Great day for it.

Getting the energy together to go out and do some cutting today. Had to give the neighbors a little more time this morning before I start making noise. With 1-1/2 fresh bakery bagels with cream cheese in me it is now time to go.

A few friendly games maybe, but last I heard the prospects for a competitive season were all but gone.
