Hi this is PullinMyPoulan and I have CAD.For me It's been bad very bad lately so bad I can't share it all But today I had control victory is felling good .I went and looked at a saw for sale drove 2 hours checked it over and said NO.After a long drive to look at what was suppose to be a pristene saw according to pictures and discription only to be disappointed. The long ride home I believe might have cured me for I feel content in what I have not wanting or feeling the need for another saw.I believe we need a thread to help each other with are C.A.D through supporting one another to help control this epidemic.Maybe even a buddy system like addiction programs have.Iam serious if anyone has any thoughts on this or am I just
You could be right Imight possibly need help and thats what Iam proposing to help each other with this.Maybe have this topic a sticky were we can go to help each other might work.
The First: is admitting the problem. Then when you realize you might have C.A.D. and its a problem come here before so we can hash it out.
Don't look at me. I just made an impulse buy on a 661 and had the guy send it straight to Cottle Ln. I don't even burn wood... It should be home in a couple of weeks with a full port job.
The next time I feel the earge going to grab my Hot Rod and head for the sawbuck run the pizz out of it It seems to help
I'm sure you know this Pullin but I think you are in the wrong place if you are looking for a CAD rehab support group. Just sayin'................
I bought an 044 on the way home last night, the price was far too good to pass up. Looked at a Mac 10-10 after that for $40, but it had a cracked rear handle so I did not even make an offer. When I got home I surfed the Interwebs and bought an XL-925. First saws I have bought in a couple of months.
Good on you for passing up. We need a group to helps us explain the symptoms of CAD to our significant others. Drove 1.5 hrs to local sthil dealer today just to find out he is closed.
It's a hobby. I don't care if I end up with a hundred saws. It is what I enjoy and it keeps me busy using my hands and keeps my mind occupied. I have other hobbies too where I collect things and do not consider them as a disorder. So let the CAD continue.
