My first real saw was a 455. I should have never sold it. It liked gas but was bulletproof.

In the end I don't know that it matters because both are top quality machines out of which their owners will get years of great service.

Ralphie, I drove to Bar Harbor Maine a couple of times, you know where I am so you must have too much time on your hands if you rode a bike that far as it took me over 10 hours to drive there and then we took the Ferry to Nova Scotia. All I can say if you have all that energy maybe you should come up this summer and cut some of my wood. Maybe that's why you can still do all the things you can with all that exercise plus cutting firewood.

I saw a 362 for sale on CL a few months back for 185, said he couldn't keep it running at wide open throttle, probably a carburetor or an adjustment, been kicking myself since that day, I had the spare money back then.:picard:But I love my 61 and probably will never get rid of it, but I still wouldn't mind a Stihl to add to the collection.

No doubt more than once. We cycled around Lake Champlain a couple of years back starting from Lake George. Next time we're up thst way I'll give you a shout.
