Welcome to the forum Arlo. Be sure to look at the "Resources" on this forum. Tons of good information especially for new people. Good luck to you and we hope you are able to get good wood and also hope you understand the absolute drying of the wood before burning it. Until we learn how to burn water, it is best to give your wood time to dry right. That is best done outdoors where it has good air circulation; aka wind. Sun will help but wind will do the job faster.
