Well, you could wait for next year.:headbang::hair:
Or, get it now, then you'll have it to install when that stuff is done.
I really like mine, even though I'd rather have the Ashford.
Got it up over 800 a few nights ago, and when I completely killed the air, the secondaries calmed down, and within a few minutes, the temp was back down to about 650 and dropping.
I've quit messing with the different air intakes too, and just run it, although this stove would be awesome with a t-stat.

The plan is to buy out and moth ball it till I get that stiff done. Best case its done for next winter. If not oh well. Got by this long. This will be the key to ultimate wood heat. Able to keep the whole 2500sqft warm on the coldest nights and days. It will be a part time burner. Least thats the plan now!

Go to Raise.com and buy a giftcard (currently 7.2% off), and save another $50. Make sure you get one that can be used online.

Not sure what raise is but will look! Is it folks selling gift cards that the site has bought off people trying to cash them in for cash?

Looks good. What I though. People buying and selling gift cards. I need to make an account there. I will buy several cards to string together to get close to the sale value. Looks right at 8 % off.

Your buying gift cards at a discount from face value. I guess people put up gift cards and they bid them at a certain percent off to try n sell it faster. The more the gift card is discounted its at the top of the list. So I see all the 8% off cards first and have to go pages down to see the 6% off cards.

    Yes, this.

I buy Home Depot and Lowes pretty regularly at about 10% off, AutoZone at about 20%. Those are the ones that interest me most.

Some folks worry about whether it is legit, I have been using them several months, and several thousand dollars spent. No problems whatsoever. Just be sure you get what you need. If you want to use it online, make sure it says you can. If you want a voucher that you can print and use immediately, don't order a gift card that they will mail to you. The vouchers I have always received within minutes.

I wish I remembered the HD outlet, but about 4-5 years ago, we got our 30's and my 13 with no shipping fees. 30's were $649, my 13 was $449. It was somewhere in NY state. They tacked on about $20 to that cost for local taxes I think, something like that. I didn't complain, it was a good deal.

There is a thread on hearth forum where posters are saying customer service will not honor the sale price at regional stores. Be vigilant and make sure this deal using zip codes is still in effect.
