Our small town had adopted the policy that all new woodstove installs had to be EPA phase 2 compliant, and to make sure that new installs required a Wett inspection. Our new boiler, though 30 years old and never fired, came along before the EPA period. Common sense took over in our little town! Seeing the new boiler was the same as the old boiler, it therefore would not require an install permit , and it passed the Wett inspection with glowing approval making ,our insurance company happy .
Well I'm not going to google it, but it sure sound's like you don't want it to have anything to do with your underware!
