Reduced Price!! I have a Stihl MS 261 chainsaw with a 16 inch bar, Stihl saw case, 3 extra chains (all 4 chains are sharp and ready to cut), and the scrench tool for sale. This is a professional grade saw with the new M-Tronic technology. It is a 2011 model year. It runs fast, cuts great, and oils well. I purchased it from a Detroit Tigers fan who painted parts of the saw blue. The color doesn't effect the performance. I am asking $525 for everything. Please contact me at the attached info.

I bet he would take $525 for everything considereing the wonderful maintainence the saw has recieaved and im sure the chains will be top notch sharp too

Exactly. You take someone who don't know much about saws not that I know it all but someone wanting their first saw. They see a case and three chains and think wow that's a deal. Sad but prob true

 

Who would take a perfectly good saw and paint it. What is up with the bar. Wondering how many cord it has cut. Has it ever been straight gassed?

 

You see all kinds on CL, there was an ad for a 064 in Richmond. I clicked on it and the pic was of an 046. The badge was missing. I texted the seller and told him it was an 046. His response was "I don't care".

I have a 1200 dollar saw 2 years old that runs perfect with a brand new stihl hard chiesel chain as of today if not sold quickly chain will be being used in the next few days saw used frequently with no issues has a 20 inch bar and it is a real man's power saw.not very heavy while working to be a big saw the dealer ship says it is one of the best husky out therthere

I might of already posted this but I saw an ebay ad for a "nice" 261 a few months ago for ONLY $900 Didn't have the "custom" paint job of this one here though...

 

CL can be nuts. This one made me laugh recently (still posted). Why would anyone not at the very least clean the darn thing. Why post a pic of a saw that looks 10 feet away from a dumpster....Cheers.
