    It's going to be nasty up this way, windchill wise.
    • * LOCATIONS... MUCH OF NORTHERN NEW YORK AND CENTRAL AND NORTHERN VERMONT... INCLUDING THE CHAMPLAIN VALLEY AND NORTHEAST KINGDOM.
    • * HAZARD TYPES... BITTERLY COLD WIND CHILLS.
    • * WIND CHILL READINGS... AS LOW AS 45 BELOW DUE TO TEMPERATURES 22 BELOW TO 10 BELOW ZERO... AND WINDS NORTHWEST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH.
    • * TIMING... DANGEROUSLY COLD WIND CHILLS WILL DEVELOP SUNDAY AFTERNOON WITH LOWEST VALUES OCCURRING BETWEEN 9 PM SUNDAY THROUGH 9 AM MONDAY.

    This morning there is ice on the inside of my microwave!!!!!

    Its a wall mount with integrated range fan that exhausts outside directly through the wall behind. I think the cold air backing in past the damper just made it cold enough for humid house air to condense and frost on the back of it. Nothing seems damaged.

    Weather guesser for me seemed to back off a bit this morning, said something about the two major models showing the storm speeding up and making an earlier than previously predicted departure, one can hope:shiver:

    an astounding 10.5* below the Feb. norm. that is on the water Boston. city low this am 4*,while Taunton posed -13*. move in town and warm up http://www.weather.gov/climate/getclimate.php?wfo=box. even with the lower oil and gas prices, stove paying for themselves this year.
