So I rented this trailer to use while tearing a roof off on the investment house we bought. This thing is flat out amazing. Drives on its own and will literally turn on a dime. I got it around the back of a house to a place that I couldn't even drive my truck to. Once in place it has a scissors lift and wings that open, so you can drive it right up against a house then raise it to the roofline. It will also extend out the back if you need to get closer. Makes life much easier with tight spaces.
First time I have ever seen one. That would be a great investment just for the job sites we run. It could minimize manual labor filling the dumpster. Thanks for posting
My uncle owns it, he bought one for renting out and it was rented out every day for the whole summer so he bought two more. They pay for themselves quickly, and if your running a construction crew it's worth the $150 a day easily. It would cost me that to pay a guy to clean up for me all day. And when I'm done I can dump it at the landfill or into a bigger trailer.
Swags, What do they run to purchase? About $7500.-- is my guess. I have never seen one like that. I have seen the scissor and the dump but never scissor extended and dumping.
Nailed it they aren't cheap. But it way more then just a trailer, it's a buggy, dump, scissors, and extends out the back.
O....M.....G! (& I hate using that abbreviation, too!) that really is awesome! Nay on the price tag, tho! Eric VW
If I had that, and it went up 25', I wouldn't need this: http://firewoodhoardersclub.com/forums/threads/how-to-build-a-firewood-hoist-3-stories-up.9048/
Wow.. What a tool. I never even knew this existed! I know who to call if I ever need one! Number has been saved into contacts! lol
Very impressive rig. I can see a few ways to get in trouble with it with an inexperienced rental operator tho.
Thats a neat tool there Sean, considering ALL the functions, hydraulics and mobility…. I can see one costing that these days.
