Well after much going back and forth. I finally made up my mind on my next saw.

It was between the ms 441 cm and the ms 461

Without boring you with the details as to why. I chose the ms 441 cm Ill be going to dealer tomorrow. I hope this m-tronic stuff is what everyone says it is lol

I'm sure it will treat you well! Will be a fun day! Only bad things I'm hearing about this saw is the relative difficulty to work on them - but I haven't had a chance to see for myself. Cheers!

They are a super pain. You heard correctly. One of my least favorite saws to port. Lol. But on the same hand. The reason there hard to tear down is because of the excellent anti vibe.

Well here she is. The wife isnt home so she wont know I had it in the kitchen. It has no fuel or oil in it anyways

I opted for the 25 inch bar and 20 inch bar. If I have to cut any tree bigger than what the 25 will do Im not messing with it

General impression so far is pretty good a lot different than the two 291's I have are

This one will get your goats I dont plan on firing it up for about two more weeks maybe longer lol Im cutting all the smaller wood first then I will break this one out. I will break it in on some of the snaller stuff first until I get it broke in and used to it before I move on to the bigger trees

Im going to use the stihl silver bottle mix. They say you get two more years warranty if you do. Supposed to make saws run better too. Ill guess I will find out when I run some through the old saws and see if it really does

Nice saw, I have one too. Doesn't get used either but it does look good on the shelf.
