I started doing that 6 years ago. One is stuffed in the gap in the seats and the other is in my back pocket.
I lived in New Hampshire back in the mid-70s and you could not park on the street when it snowed...if you did they wouldn't plow you in, they would blow that big air horn on the truck till you came out and moved it. This was on a residential street outside of the town center...they got me up at 3AM one time, and I never did that again. As for the plow driver in the video, I also lived in Boston one winter, and that was common. They would plow people in all the time. I would laugh every morning walking to class watching all the people dig out their car and put all that snow right back in the street!
I've seen that video from the Boston area (Lowell) before. While his language leaves little to be desired and he lost his job, the fact remains the road needs to be cleared. Cities and towns impose a parking ban prior to a storm for a reason. Many cities require curb to curb snow removal or the subcontractors won't get paid. That guy in the video was a sub and he really wasn't going fast or hitting cars, he just "enjoyed" his job too much that day (and posted to social media). I've plowed snow over the years and I've done some driveways where I plowed the garden hose, ball and toy's, rakes, and who knows what else. Put your chit away before it snow's cause the plow driver going cross eyed from 12 hours of plowing during a storm could care less about the crap you left out. Heres a news interview with the plow driver after he was fired. http://www.myfoxboston.com/story/21411311/plow-driver-dogg-i-might-be-an-idiot-but-im-not-stupid
