I've measured mine in the truck and stacked in the shed, I get a over a full cord per truck load when I fill mine up.
7 ft long stack in the bed x 5 ft across x 4 ft high to the top of the racks = 140 sq ft, minus a little bit for the wheel wells. Even after it's all split it's till greater then 128 sq ft (a full cord).

I'd say 250 a full cord of "mixed wood" which WILL include some popple, or pine, and at best some box elder or birch is going rate here. Make that all better wood, oak, hickory, or cherry ( which is marketed here as premium regardless of btu) will be 300 easy, and I can certainly say that avg income in Mass is higher than in Wisconsin. I think it's more that there are more woodburners in Wisconsin that Massachusetts, making up for the income with demand. That's my guess. We've got plenty of wood in the forest.

Best I ever got was 2 cords of extra dry, bark free black locust.. Nice big splits too! Burning some right now.. Great stuff!! Have one more cord of black locust but it has bark.. Nowhere near as good..
