Lots of experience/knowledge to offer at this age, but not many companies wish to hire someone who will only be around for a brief time.

Not that concerned about it...yet. Just puts a crimp on the plans for post retirement.

3 degrees above at 7 am this morning. So happy to be wearing my insulated bibs today.
Worked outdoors all day and got 1/2 as much done as we would on any typical day.
Amazing how much the cold and snow slows things down.

We got a mini blizzard today. Warmed up to about 33 around noon . 1 it hit hard . about 40 mph winds and white outs couldn't see 40 feet. Got 4" of snow in less than an hour. Then it quit. no snow since.

wildwest he is fine. Thanks for asking. The field trip was so so. Kinda girly for my boy. We had to leave early to take the littlest to the Dr for an ear infection. Poor kid ear infection, poops, red but rash and getting teeth. And than had to get shocked. Everything is doing better though.

yooperdave sorry man. Don't sell yourself short. If you have a lot to offer a company may not worry about how long your gonna be there, especially if they are starting out or have a younger workforce.

My dog looks a lot like yours. Nose turns pink in the winter.
