Question on Husq bar mount sizing

Hey guys - I picked up a Jonsered 49sp on the cheap a couple days ago. I'm parting out the saw, but came with a 16" Total super bar in very good condition and new oregon chain (0.325/050). Figured I'd keep the bar/chain to use on my Husq 50 and 51 since one has no dedicated bar and the other has a pretty crappy bar. The mount pattern of the Total bar seems to be the large mount Husq pattern - or close. I mounted it to my 50 and oiler seems to line up pretty well with the bar oiler hole. I figured that main two problems running the wrong mount would be the oiler not lining up correctly and/or the angle of the clutch sprocket not correct for the bar mount. Looking for the reasons why I can't use this bar on the 50 and 51 - thanks! Cheers!

 

Bars are the same mount with the 49sp and the husky 50 or 51 same bar should work for all three.

 

Sweet - thanks - thought it fit pretty well! Was a larger mount than the small mount husq bar I had on the 51, so thought it might not work. Appreciate the help! Cheers!

 

Same mount, but likely just a wider bar.
