Boss is getting ready to install that big 'ol Kitchen Queen 480. I'm looking for the flue pipe for it. Has anyone run across any good deals lately? Thanks, JB

    No.
I went looking recently at Menard's and noticed their Class A prices have gone up from when I got mine.

When I purchased mine I took the best deals including shipping on the web to the local shops and they matched it. A lot depends on your area also.

Metalbestos was close to half the price on ebay vs locally around here.

When we installed in 2012 I printed out the price list from Menards and took it to my local Lowes here in PA. We don't have any Menards within a hundred miles but they price matched anyways. Saved about 30% off Lowes list prices.

I'll try the price match thing. I've got a Lowes close to the shop, they send people to us so I probably have someone there I can work with. Good idea, thanks.

This looks like a good place for some education. Can someone enlighten me on the different grades of pipe, what they're for, and what they're rated for? Wifey wants to put a pellet stove downstairs next year, and I'm not against it, but need to know more about the pipe for it, and for swapping out the princess insert for a king. The prices I saw for pellet stove tees in our local farm store about made me pee myself! Thanks in advance, oh wise ones.
