I joined this forum the other day and for my first post I threw some pick's up of some recent wood scores. Someone politely pointed out I had no saw pic's. So I figured I'd make a new thread with the saws and other stuff I have. So here's my stuff. The old Homelite is my dads. He bought it brand new in 1976 to clear the house lot for the house my parents built. Then he cut a lot of firewood with it. He say's it my saw now but in my heart it's his and always will be. I'd give away both my Husky's before I sold that Homelite for top dollar. Hearing that saw run brings me right back to my childhood with my dad in the woods. My first saw was a Husqvarna 45 which my best friend bought from me. Now I have the two XP's. The 5X10 trailer was built to my spec including expanded steel sides, LED grommet style rear lighting, and a receiver hitch mounted on front rail that I hook the log splitter to. I wanted to keep the trailer small for maneuverability and It's just right form my needs. Truck is a 2500 Dodge. It has a small suspension lift, larger tires and I run air bag's in the rear for the real heavy loads. I also have a plow for the truck. I have an assortment of hand tools that aren't pictured suck as mauls, cant hook, pickaroon, Fiskars X27, axes, wedges and so on. Safety gear, got that too. Chaps, steel toe boots, head protection, eye protection, hearing protection. damm internet forums, my dad cut with the Homelite and split with a maul. Me, I got all the swag.
