Picked up one and a half good loads of Norway Maple left for me by arborist friend. First pic limb wood and second one trunk. Made it through trunk with 20 inch bar cutting on both sides. Very big tree. Good shoulder wood for next year. Hope everyone is well an burning some wood.
WOW that's some great stuff there! Only Norway I've seen/burned so far is what I pruned off neighbor's tree in June 2011. Biggest limb was right at 12",ended up with roughly a pickup load split/stacked. Started burning it in March 2012. Its density is between Silver Maple & Sugar Maple. Hope to get more sometime,dont believe there's a lot of it planted around here,I could be wrong though.
